Cyber-Titan LLC builds TitanFabricator — a Physical Vulnerability Management platform that closes the loop between finding a physical security gap and fixing it: image analysis, AI-generated parametric CAD, manufacturability validation, and dispatch to a 3D-printer fleet, with a human approval gate and a full audit trail on every case.
Security teams are good at finding physical vulnerabilities — an exposed network port, an unguarded connector, a missing protective fixture — and slow at fixing them, because every fix needs someone to measure, design, and source a physical part. That gap between detection and remediation is where risk lives.
TitanFabricator removes the gap. An operator photographs the problem. The platform analyzes the image, generates constrained OpenSCAD geometry sized to the target, validates it against manufacturability rules — wall thickness, build volume, printable geometry — and, after explicit human approval, routes the part to a local fabrication bridge for printing. Every step writes to a Firestore-backed case record: who created the case, what the analysis found, who approved the remediation, and when.
The platform runs on Google Cloud — Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Vertex AI (Gemini) — with a local print bridge connecting the cloud control plane to Bambu Lab and Creality printer hardware.
Cyber-Titan LLC is founder-led. Its founder began in network operations and network engineering, with over a decade since in DFIR, cloud security posture management, and identity at enterprise scale, and is the named inventor on TitanFabricator’s provisional patent. The platform was built end to end in house: the cloud pipeline, the agent architecture, the print-bridge integration, and the physical production standards behind it.
Cyber-Titan LLC is a founder-led Indiana limited liability company (registered 2025, SAM.gov-registered federal contractor, UEI on file), operating in the Kentucky–Indiana metro area.
Physical Vulnerability Management platform. Patent pending — USPTO provisional filed December 2025: vision-guided generative fabrication of physical risk-mitigation artifacts.

An independent, deterministic governance-assurance platform for law-enforcement ALPR programs under Kentucky's KRS 189.632 — fail-closed findings, statutory and policy authority separation, and a tamper-evident evidence chain.
| Capability | Status |
|---|---|
| Cloud pipeline — image analysis → CAD generation → STL → case record | Live on Cloud Run, Firestore & Cloud Storage |
| Operator console with human approval gate and auditable case events | Live at /fabricator.html |
| Cloud-to-printer dispatch (FTPS + MQTT to Bambu Lab H2S) | Demonstrated against live printer firmware |
| Direct mobile photo upload; fully automated local dispatch | In development |
TitanFabricator is demonstration-stage: the core loop is validated end to end in a development environment on real infrastructure and real printer hardware, and is not yet offered as a production service. Titan TrustOps operates on synthetic data only, pending compliance authorizations.
